Judy Whitehead KC, is the firm's Managing Partner, with responsibility for providing leadership of the firm's strategic direction and overseeing the firm's operations. She also leads the firm's Private Client practice.
Judy represents individuals and family-controlled businesses in a wide range of matters including succession,estate planning, real estate and relocation to the Bahamas.
Previously a partner in the firm's litigation practice with a specialization in divorce and family matters,she continues to provide solution focused advice to high net worth individuals in a wide range of family disputes and in the preparation of pre and postnuptial agreements. ?
