Profile

Evangeline draws on more than 20 years of trial experience-including eight federal court multi-week trials and well over 100 days of her career spent at trial-to help clients prepare for and defend class and collective actions. She works with clients to craft strategies that aim to position their cases for success at the pre-trial, trial, and appellate level, developing legal theories and factual presentations to create a compelling narrative. Evangeline litigates diverse subject matter that includes the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), False Claims Act (FCA), breach of contract, and product liability. She has extensive experience trying FLSA and state wage-and-hour claims, including defending at trial two of the largest FLSA enforcement actions brought by the Department of Labor.
