Charisma's practice focuses primarily on Trust and Estate matters and Financial Regulatory matters. She has processed hundreds of cross-border trust and estate planning transactions.

Recent engagements include:

• Assisting with drafting trust deeds and other ancillary documents related to trusts, including among other things, deeds of amendment and deeds of appointment.
• Advising clients on trust related issues, such as termination of trust, amendment of the trust deed, change of trusteeship, appointment of trust related third parties, appointment of assets and other related issues.
• Assisting with the drafting of documents necessary to facilitate the establishment/dissolution of professional investment funds.
• Assisting with the procurement of regulatory approvals from the Securities Commission including registration as a digital exchange under the DARE Act, and registration as a registered firm under the Securities Industry Act (SIA).
• Assisting with consulting on major legislative changes and advising multinational corporations on regulatory matters such as the Commercial Entities (Substance Requirements) Act, 2023, Common Reporting Standard, and others.
