- Representing leading international cruise industry giants on all aspects of acquisition, development, operation and expansion of new and existing private island destinations and cruise ports including governmental, business, financial, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
- Advising major commercial and industrial international investors on governmental policies and negotiating Heads of Agreements with the Government in conjunction with multimillion-dollar transactions, and advising on Grand Bahama Port Authority approval processes, permits and licensing requirements unique to the Special Economic Zone known as the "Port Area" or "Freeport" on the island of Grand Bahama.
- Representation of casino owners and operators in all facets of regulatory, compliance and governmental affairs in respect of gaming and gaming-related businesses.
