• Appearing in a multi-jurisdictional contentious trust dispute relating to duty to consider and disclosure obligations owed to beneficiaries.
• Appearing for a group of beneficiaries in a large contentious trust dispute.
• Appearing for a private bank in fraud claims.
• Appearing for private trust company in a large breach of trust claim involving the applicability of Anti-Bartlett clauses.
• Appearing in trust directions and variation applications.
