Hardeep has worked extensively in estate planning, probate, tax and trust matters in the United Kingdom (UK), advising on all aspects of inheritance tax, wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), lifetime trusts and other family-purposed corporate vehicles, for UK based clients. In addition to a range of complex trust administration, family office and multi-jurisdictional matters for international clients.

He is a full member (TEP) of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a designation awarded to experienced practitioners in the field.

Recent engagements include:

• Acting in the capacity of lead advisor on estate planning and complex trust structures for high-net-worth individuals, with a specialist focus on non-domiciled clients.
• Advising trustees and beneficiaries on the creation and administration of trusts and other similar structures with the aim of providing asset protection and succession solutions for individuals and families with worldwide investments and business assets
• Designing and implementing tax-efficient strategies for succession planning and intergenerational wealth transfer using trusts.
• Handling complex probate administrations, including cross-border estates, intestacy and high-value matters.
• Overseeing client relationships, providing strategic guidance to families, entrepreneurs, and international clients with multi-jurisdictional assets.
