Gabrielle Rahming is an Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice.

Gabrielle's practice includes litigation and advisory work in civil, commercial, employment, property and family law matters, for both local and international clients. She has appeared before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, including preparation of a matter for the Privy Council.

Recent engagements include:

• Successfully representing a commercial client in release of the client's motor vessel, in ship arrest proceedings.
• Representing individual and corporate clients in shareholder dispute matters.
• Preparing and successfully delivering written and oral submissions in the Court of Appeal, in application for leave to appeal to the Privy Council.
• Providing legislative and regulatory advice to an international corporate client on employment and immigration laws of The Bahamas.
• Representing clients in personal injury and employment dispute matters.
