Dana Wells is a Consultant Counsel in the firm's Property Practice.

Dana is a veteran attorney, well known and highly regarded for his industry defining expertise in the law and practice of real estate and real property development in The Bahamas.

He is recognised for his extensive practice in real estate transactions and conveyancing, sales and structuring for both high-end and private client matters and large commercial transactions.  His practice has covered all transactional facets of subdivision, resort and hotel planning development and operations, commercial and residential leases, and related tax matters. Dana is also widely known for his in-depth knowledge of the local banking industry,mergers & acquisitions, and corporate matters.
