Recent engagements include:

• Advising and assisting a developer in obtaining the necessary governmental approvals required to develop and operate a private island resort hotel, including the entering into of a Hotels Encouragement Act Agreement with The Government of The Bahamas.
• Representing the seller in the sale of a water and ice manufacturing, bottling and distribution company.
• Advising on the sale of a multimillion-dollar hotel and resort in Elbow Cay, Abaco.
• Advising local lending institutions and private lenders on mortgage-backed financing transactions.
• Representing purchasers and sellers of high-end real estate throughout The Bahamas, particularly in Abaco.
