Adrian Hunt is a Partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution and Tax Practices. He is an experienced civil litigator who has appeared as lead counsel before all levels of Courts and Tribunals in The Bahamas on behalf of local and international private and institutional clients.

Adrian's practice is focused primarily in Commercial Litigation, Property Disputes, Employment, Clinical Negligence Claims, Insolvency, and Intellectual Property law

Recent engagements include:

• Representing a Pension Fund in a dispute as to whether a concluded agreement was reached for the sale for a 380-acre parcel of land
• Acting for the Liquidator of a SMART Fund in a claim against its administrator and custodian for various breaches of duty in the operation and administration of the SMART Fund.
• Defending a Resort Developer in successfully resisting a challenge to planning approvals obtained for the development.
• Representing foreign entities and individuals in a dispute as to the jurisdiction of the Bahamian Supreme Court to try and determine claims concerning fraud and breach of trust.
• Acting for a medical services provider in successfully defending against an eight figure multi-million-dollar medical negligence claim.
