YKVN advised Lian SGP Holding Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based entity wholly owned by China’s Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc., on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Imexpharm Corporation (HoSE: IMP), one of Vietnam’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
