Trang-'s practice focuses on advising greenfield project developments of and transactions concerning large-scale infrastructure and energy projects which were mostly invested in the form of project finance, including a refinery and petrochemical plant, BOT power plants, upstream oil and gas projects and renewable energy projects. Further, Trang has worked regularly on a broad range of corporate, foreign investment and M&A matters.
