Advokatfirman Delphi has been legal advisor to Amasten in Amasten’s acquisition of two real properties in Finspång with an underlying real estate value of SEK 177,5 million. The real properties consists of 16 351 square metres and the areas for lease include 215 apartments and a few commercial properties. Delphi has assisted NIBE Industrier AB in the merger filing and the subsequent Phase II investigation as regards the acquisition of the main parts of British-owned Enertech Group, which resulted in that the Swedish Competition Authority on 27 January 2017 decided to clear the concentration since the investigation showed that the merger did not significantly impede effective competition in the market for heating systems

Delphi has assisted X-Group S.A. (”X-Group”) in connection with British American Tobacco’s acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Winnington Holding AB (”Winnington”). Winnington is a Swedish snus manufacturer behind the innovation of white snus made of purified tobacco that remains white even under the lip. X-Group owned 50 percent of the shares in Winnington. Delphi has advised Comway Distribution A/S (“Comway”), a Danish IT distributor, on its acquisition of Convena International AB (“Convena”). Convena is a distributor of IT options, replacement parts and accessories. Convena had a turnover of approximately SEK 300 million in 2016 and has offices in Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom while Comway Distribution has offices in Denmark and France
