TMF is the largest shareholder of the only Croatian fertilizer company – Petrokemija Plc. The majority stake in Petrokemija has been sold to Turkish conglomerate Yildrim Group, and the completion of the transaction is subject to customary approvals of regulators in several jurisdictions
