ALRUD team provided full legal support to «Academ-Online» in the sale of its business to «Yandex Travel». The transaction was executed in early July 2025. Under the agreement, «Yandex Travel» acquired all businesses of «Academ-Online» related to online-booking services for business trips across Russia and abroad.
