Guyer & Regules advised the US-based technology company Qubika on its acquisition of Tryolabs, an Uruguayan artificial intelligence and software development company.
The deal, finalized in August 2026, represents a significant expansion for Qubika's AI engineering footprint in Latin America. Guyer & Regules utilized its specialized Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) practice group to structure the transaction.
