advised SARIA Group on the acquisition of a 36.45% equity interest in Fiordo Austral, a Chilean company engaged in the processing and transformation of by-products from the fishing and aquaculture industries.

The transaction contemplates SARIA becoming a strategic shareholder of Fiordo Austral, with the aim of supporting the company’s development and growth, strengthening its operational and commercial capabilities, and creating new opportunities for expansion. The investment also seeks to combine SARIA’s industrial expertise and international presence with Fiordo Austral’s know-how and market position in Chile and the broader region. The transaction further contemplates a new corporate governance framework between SARIA and the remaining shareholders, designed to support the company’s next stage of growth.
