Chrysostomides Acted as Local Legal Counsel to Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA for a EUR 700+ Million Acquisition

We are proud to have acted as Cypriot legal counsel to the leading Norwegian airline NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA in the context of its EUR 700+ million acquisition of the Nordic Leisure Travel Group AB, a leading Nordic tour operator with a portfolio of hotels across destinations including Spain, Cyprus and Greece. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals.
The acquisition is strategically important as it transforms the company from a traditional airline into a fully integrated packaged holiday provider.
