Bradley Grows Real Estate Practice with Addition of Partner Scott S. Frederick in Birmingham
Bradley has added partner Scott S. Frederick to the firm’s Birmingham office, continuing the strategic growth of its Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Frederick joins the firm from Baker Donelson.

Mr. Frederick concentrates his practice on representing developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition of real estate assets across the United States, including retail properties, shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily and mixed-use projects, condominiums, undeveloped land, health care properties, and other commercial properties. He regularly assists clients with the disposition of large-scale property portfolios, including the sale of income-producing assets across multiple jurisdictions, and represents special servicers in the leasing and disposition of REO properties.
Mr. Frederick has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America®for Real Estate Law since 2025 and in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America from 2021-2024. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law and received his B.A., cum laude, from Sewanee: The University of the South and his M.A. from Middlebury College. Before attending law school, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Jalal-Abad, Kyrgyzstan, and subsequently worked for a USAID contractor on projects in Europe and Eurasia.
