Jennifer Beauchamps brings over 20 years of experience advising on complex legal transactions, both locally and in crossborder matters. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the structuring and financing of projects through traditional banking and capital markets across sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, real estate development, and energy.

She also has a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions,
particularly in the telecommunications, energy, consumer, and hospitality sectors. She graduated magna cum laude from
Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economic
Legislation. She has also been recognized by leading international legal directories, including Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250, and
LACCA.
