ENS Advises Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. on Milestone Transaction

ENS has advised Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. on a landmark USD2.3 billion transaction involving its proposed indirect acquisition of a 65% stake in East African Breweries PLC (EABL) and a direct acquisition of a 53.68% stake in UDV Kenya from Diageo.
This would be the single largest M&A deal in East Africa in the recent past, underscoring the scale and significance of this milestone.
