Asters achieved cancellation of Lina Kostenko's poetry concerts due to copyright infringement

Asters successfully represented the interests of the renowned Ukrainian writer and poet Lina Kostenko in a case concerning the infringement of her copyright. The organisers had announced and planned Lina Kostenko's poetry concerts in Lviv and Kyiv without obtaining the author's permission for the public use of her works, despite the request obtain it for such events.
Asters team, consisting of Partner Julia Semeniy and Junior Associate Anna Nykonenko, developed a strategy, drafted the necessary documents and approached the organisers to enforce the poet's rights. As a result, the organisers changed the program and renamed the events.
