Asters successfully defended the interests of Riverside Development Ltd. in the case concerning the implementation of the New Podil project

Asters acts as legal advisor to Riverside Development Ltd., the developer of the New Podil project implemented in partnership with Saga Development and Perfect Group.
The team successfully represented the client's interests and ensured the protection of its legal position in a number of court disputes and corporate proceedings related to the implementation of the New Podil project.
As a result, the parties reached a balanced agreement and settled the case to their mutual benefit. The plaintiffs filed motions to dismiss their claims in previously initiated court proceedings against the Client. This outcome paves the way for the implementation of the project without further litigation or deadlock.
It is important to emphasise that the client's legal position was fully protected. The settlement is the result of professional legal support, the Client's good will and the parties' willingness to find a constructive solution.
