Asters successfully represented Saga Development in the Court of Appeal in a dispute concerning O₂ Residence

Asters successfully represented Saga Development in a dispute regarding the termination of the right to use land plots where the O₂ Residence Residential Complex is under construction.
After reviewing the case, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the court of first instance and closed the proceedings. This decision takes into account the rights and legitimate interests of apartment owners, which the court of first instance had ignored.
