DBC Invest Enhances its Position by Acquiring the Remaining Shares of Grauballegaard Biogas ApS

We are pleased to have assisted Danish Bio Commodities (DBC) (DBC Invest A/S) in connection with its acquisition of the remaining 10% of Grauballegaard Biogas ApS, making DBC the sole owner of the biogas plant.
The transaction represents a strategic investment by DBC Invest A/S to advance its long-term objectives and strengthen its position in preparation for future investor dialogues.
