Shepherd Wedderburn Advises IMPACT Scotland in Relation to the Development of the Dunard Centre

We are proud to have advised IMPACT Scotland in relation to the development of the Dunard Centre – a future world-class concert hall at Edinburgh's St Andrew Square.
The project has now reached a major milestone with the main construction contract being signed with Balfour Beatty plc ahead of works starting later this year.
Our team – led by Euan McLeod and comprised of Nicole McGarty on construction, and Hannah Swinton and David Lewis on real estate, as well as many others throughout the firm – have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside the IMPACT Scotland team to get this landmark project to this point.
