Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Own $100 Million in Property—Here’s How a Prenup Would Protect Their Private Real Estate

Speaking to Realtor.com®, Monica Mazzei, a family law expert with Horowitz Agency, explained that there are several ways in which Swift and Kelce might approach a prenup, noting that their real estate holdings are one of just many areas that the agreement would cover.
“They are each coming into the marriage with significant real estate holdings—Taylor having a lot more—so I would assume that they will have a prenup that will provide that whatever they already own coming into the marriage is going to stay their separate property,” Mazzei said.
