DTB advises on sale of Signalinea

DTB acted as legal advisors to Marko Dovgan, the owner of Signalinea LTD, a leading Croatian provider of installed guardrail solutions and road marking services, in the successful sale of his shares to Saferoad Group, a European leader in road safety and steel solutions.
The acquisition of Signalinea by Saferoad Group positions Signalinea for continued growth and strengthens Saferoad’s presence in the Southeast Europe region, representing a significant step forward for both parties in their shared commitment to advance road safety.
Our team, led by Senior Partner Damir Topic and Partner Dina Salapic, and including Senior Attorney Dominik Glavina, Attorneys Anella Bukovic and Marijana Soldo Kubat and Associates Valerija Kirac and Marko Mudrinic, provided full legal support to the seller and Signalinea throughout the transaction.
