Han Kun shortlisted for 12 award categories in the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2025

Finalists have recently been announced in the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2025.  Han Kun has been shortlisted for 12 award categories.

  • Debt Market Deal of the Year – HSBC's First Digitally Native Corporate Bond Offering on HSBC Orion

  • Debt Market Deal of the Year – JD.com Convertible Bond Offering

  • Debt Market Deal of the Year – Meituan Offshore Bond Issuance

  • Equity Market Deal of the Year – HealthyWay Inc. IPO and Listing on HKEX Main Board

  • Equity Market Deal of the Year – WeRide Inc. U.S. IPO and NASDAQ Listing

  • M&A Deal of the Year – Geely Auto and ZEEKR Restructuring for LYNK Shares Acquisition

  • M&A Deal of the Year – Webull Corporation Business Combination with SK Growth Opportunities Corporation

The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2025, an annual celebration of legal excellence in Hong Kong, has come to its 24th year.  These prestigious awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams from Hong Kong and the region and highlight exceptional deals with Hong Kong elements.  The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony held in Hong Kong on September 12, 2025.
