DTB coordinated multijurisdictional Koncar – Siemens Energy concentration

We are pleased to announce that DTB’s Competition Team comprising the head of team and Senior Partner Mario Krka, and attorneys-at-law Ana-Maria Sunko Peric and Dominik Glavina, has successfully worked on another multijurisdictional concentration notification, this time for the purpose of implementing the joint venture between Koncar and Siemens Energy Group. Our experienced team coordinated and helped obtain the clearance decision of the European Commission and the competent authorities in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Ukraine.
Koncar and Siemens Energy are going to cooperate through a company, KONCAR – Transformatorski kotlovi d.o.o., which will be engaged in the production and sale of transformer tanks. We are looking forward to hearing and reading further news on this impressive joint venture that is highly significant not only for the Croatian but also for the European industry!
