Jeantet Advises the Banking Pool Composed of Arkea Banque Entreprises et Institutionnel, Banque Populaire Grand Ouest and BPIFrance for the Financing of the Development, Construction and Operation of a CSR Heating Facility in Brest

Jeantet advised the banking pool consisting of Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, Banque Populaire Grand Ouest and BPIFRANCE on a financing package worth around €63 million in principal to finance the development, construction and operation of a solid recovered fuel (SRF) cogeneration boiler, enabling the simultaneous production of electricity and heat, located in the commune of Brest by a joint venture headed by the Guyot Energies and Idex groups.
The Jeantet team comprised Alexae Fournier-de Faÿ (Banking-Finance-Energy partner), Damien Le Mouël, (lawyer), Adrien Fourmon (Public Law, Energy, Environment partner), Chloé Abgrall (lawyer), Anne Toupenay-Schueller (Corporate M&A partner), and Sacha Frantz (lawyer).
