Han Kun shortlisted in five categories for the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2025

IFLR has recently revealed its shortlist for the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2025. In it, Han Kun has been nominated in the following five categories, owing to the firm's outstanding performance over the past year:
China - M&A firm of the year
Digital finance specialized award - APAC headquartered
Pro bono specialized award
Debt and equity-linked deal of the year – JD Group convertible bond
Rising Star of the Year - Yu Zhang
The IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards, the annually awarded honors with internationally recognized authority, celebrate the region's most legally innovative deals and the law firms behind them. The shortlist reflects hard work and ingenuity and seeks to showcase transactions that broke new ground and set new legal high-water marks in the region during the preceding year. IFLR's Asia-Pacific Awards 2025 will be presented in an awards ceremony in Hong Kong on April 16, 2025.
