Han Kun has provided legal services in connection with MINISO Group Holding Limited's ("MINISO Group", Stock Code: NYSE: MNSO; HKEX: 9896) US$550 million equity linked securities offering as the PRC counsel to the joint lead managers. This transaction marks the first equity-linked securities offering distributed solely issued under Regulation S and the first with a concurrent call spread transaction for a company with a dual primary listing in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
