Robert Maddox Achieves Bank Director’s Certification

Bradley attorney Robert Maddox recently completed the Bank Director’s Certification Program, which is the preeminent director designation available to those currently serving or wanting to serve on a bank’s board.
Offering two levels of certification, participants of the program are provided with a thorough grounding in corporate governance and important industry issues that greatly enhance the performance of individual directors. Completing the program to become a certified bank director indicates to investors and state and federal regulators that participants take their fiduciary duties seriously.
Mr. Maddox chairs the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group, where he represents clients before the CFPB, DOJ, EOUST, OCC, FRB, HUD, SEC and multiple state regulatory agencies, including banking, finance and insurance agencies. He is a regular speaker at national banking and financial services industry conferences.
