Han Kun invited for the third consecutive year by China Law & Practice to write a featured PE/VC annual review

Recently, the well-known magazine China Law & Practice published a featured 2021 PE/VC annual review article: "The Dawning of a New Era: China's PE/VC Sector in 2021", co-authored by Han Kun partners Zaiguang Lu and Charles Wu of Han Kun's associated law firm. This is the third consecutive year the two partners have been invited by the magazine to prepare an annual review of the PRC's PE/VC sector. This year's article, which is a featured article on China Law & Practice's website, focused on proposed and final offshore IPO rules, data regulation, antitrust developments, trends in 2021, and the outlook for 2022.
