Zulay Carmen Rodríguez Cabrera is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Garrigues' Canary Islands office. She has pursued her entire professional career at the Firm since joining in 2007.

She specializes in the technical management of all kinds of commercial and civil litigation in the areas of construction, late payments, timeshare rights, intellectual property, patents and trademarks.

She has participated in numerous engagements for the provision of professional advisory services including most notably the following: civil, corporate and commercial advice to both private and public companies; legal counsel in civil, corporate law and intellectual property proceedings; preparation of opinions on civil, corporate law, patent and trademark matters, among others.
