Zameer Omar is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.

Zameer specialises in general and commercial civil litigation, arbitration and mediation, with a focus on disputes arising in the financial sector.

His experience includes advising clients involved in litigious matters in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Constitutional Court and arbitrations. Zameer also advises clients in respect of non-litigious matters relating to the Companies Act and general corporate governance. He has been involved in a number of high profile disputes.

His areas of focus include administrative law, banking law, constitutional law, contract law, pension law and sporting law.

In addition, Zameer is also experienced in dealing with disputes in specialised tribunals such as the Competition Tribunal, the Financial Intelligence Centre Appeal Board, the Financial Services Tribunal and the SIU Tribunal.
