Ms. Yun Jeong PARK is a partner at D&A LLC. Her practice is primarily focused on Antitrust & Competition, Corporate, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and General Civil Disputes.

Ms. Park advises on cartel conduct, abuse of market-dominant position, and other unfair trade practices, as well as violations of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act. She also represents clients in proceedings before the Korea Fair Trade Commission and in related litigation matters. In addition, she has advised on matters involving the Act on Fair Transactions in Large Retail Business, the Fair Agency Transactions Act, the Act on Labeling and Advertising of Foods, and the Fair Transactions in Franchise Business Act, and has provided a wide range of compliance and advisory services to major domestic corporations.
