Profile
Yolanda Lu, head of corporate department of Beijing office. She specializes in the fields of foreign direct investment, M&A, general corporate and compliance matters, and outbound investment to Spain and Latin America.
Ms. Lu has advised multinationals and foreign enterprises in their investment projects in China, cross-border transactions as well as daily business operations, and has advised the outbound investment projects of Chinese companies. She has advised clients in the sectors of manufacturing, banking and finance, petrochemical industry, energy, trading, transportation, retailing and education, etc.
Prior to Garrigues Beijing Office, she practised in top tier PRC law firms for years and worked for a Hong Kong law firm.
Yolanda holds National Certificate of Qualification for Legal Practice of People's Republic of China.
Education
LL.B. Degree, China University of Political Science and Law.
Master Degree in International Commerce, Seoul National University.
