Xavier Pera Coral is counsel in the Labor and Employment Law department.

He has extensive expertise in labor, employment and social security law, particularly in labor litigation, as well as in collective bargaining matters (industry, group and company collective bargaining agreements, as well as all types of company agreements and provisions) and collective restructuring processes, advising and participating in procedures for the material modification of working conditions, geographical mobility, temporary layoffs, collective dismissal procedures and outsourcing, among others.

He also provides recurring labor and employment advice on senior management matters: contracts and preparation of complementary agreements (exclusivity, post-contractual non-compete undertakings, golden parachute clauses, etc.), as well as contractual terminations.

Xavier Pera Coral is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
