Mr. Woo Yong SHIN is a senior advisor at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Public Officials Elections, Entrusted Elections, and Political Funds.

In addition to handling advisory services on the Public Official Election Act, the Act on Elections Entrusted by Public Organizations, and the Political Funds Act, Mr. Shin is also conducting lectures for local councils and prospective candidates in preparation for the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections scheduled for June 3, 2026.

Professional Activities and Experience
  • Provided securities firms consultation on human resources and employment matters involving the amended Labor Standards Act for
  • Represented in a case involving a request for a remedy to a Labor Relations Commission
  • Represented in a lawsuit involving labor matters, such as dismissal, retirement allowance, ordinary wages, compliance with the duty of direct employment of dispatched workers, etc.
  • Provided consultations on human resources involving labor disputes
  • Provided consultations on M&A of a train station built by private investment
  • Provided service for amending the Community Credit Cooperatives Act
  • Successfully represented in a case involving an advertising agency agreement by claiming that the advertising agency contract should be interpreted as a flat-rate contract rather than a cost settlement contract
  • Examined the entire human resources management of an investment security company in accordance with the reduction of working hours to 52 hours a week and provided improvement measures under the Labor Standards Act
  • Obtained a provisional disposition for suspension of validity of a notice of drug price reduction
