Mr. Woo Jung JUNG is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on General Civil Disputes, Criminal Defense Litigation (Warrants), Domestic Litigation, Finance, and Real Estate.

During his twenty-year tenure as a presiding judge at the Seoul Central District Court and other courts, Mr. Jung handled diverse cases, including civil affairs (such as medical cases), criminal matters, domestic litigation, and appeals. Notably, he specialized in warrant proceedings at multiple courts following his appointment as a presiding judge.
In addition, while serving as a research judge at the Supreme Court, Mr. Jung conducted research on civil, criminal, and administrative cases appealed to the Supreme Court. He also served as the Director General for Public Relations at the National Court Administration during his tenure as a presiding judge, and was responsible for managing public relations for major Supreme Court judgments.
Furthermore, Mr. Jung was affiliated with the Sentencing Standards Research Division, where he conducted basic research for establishing sentencing standards at the Supreme Court. He was also an interviewer for electing new judges and in the admissions process of law schools.
