Mr. Woo Hyeon KIM is a managing partner at D&A LLC. His practice primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, Corporate, Commercial, Election & Regulation, the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, Criminal & Compliance, and Immigration & Nationality Services.

Mr. Kim, former Chief Prosecutor of the Suwon High Prosecutors’ Office, is widely recognized as a leading expert in investigations, with extensive expertise in civil and commercial matters as well as legal administration gained over 26 years of service at the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutors’ Office. During his career, he held a number of senior positions, including Deputy Director General of the Office of Legal Counsel, Director of the Commercial Legal Affairs Division, and Director General of the Korea Immigration Service at the Ministry of Justice, as well as Departmental Chief Prosecutor of the Anti-Corruption & Organized Crimes Department at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office. He also continues to play an active role in the public sector as a civilian member of the Anti-Human Trafficking Policy Coordination Council, a director of the Korea Crime Prevention Foundation, and Chair of the Legal Systems and Human Rights Subcommittee of the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council.
