Vuyo Shongwe is a Trainee Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.

Vuyo specialises in commercial litigation in the High Court, as well as commercial arbitration and mediation.

His experience includes dispute resolution and commercial litigation in both the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court. He has handled property law-related disputes and has successfully brought several eviction applications. Vuyo has also represented clients in criminal matters, with a particular focus on white-collar crime. He has appeared numerous times in Magistrate’s Courts and has also appeared before the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court situated in Palm Ridge.
