Virginia is leading the firm's approach to artificial intelligence and digital transformation. She champions the adoption of AI-enabled legal technologies and is a visible advocate for ethical, transparent, and responsible innovation-ensuring MinterEllison outpaces disruption and remains a market shaper in the legal and consulting profession.

She is a member of the firm's Reconciliation Action Plan Committee and Chairs its Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee. She is also executive sponsor of PRIME, the LGBTQ+ network. Externally, Virginia is a member of Chief Executive Women, a Board member of the Property Industry Foundation, and is a Champion of Change. She is a former board member of the Property Council of Australia, Committee for Sydney, and Corporate Mental Health Alliance.
