Victoria Gigante is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Department at Garrigues.

She specializes in the provision of advice services in the areas of intellectual property and in fields like image rights, unfair competition and advertising.

She has extensive experience in litigation involving the above-mentioned rights under civil and criminal law and specializes in plant variety rights and Media and Entertainment.

Victoria is a profeesor of the Master degree in Intelectual Property and New Technologies of the Valencia International University (VIU) and collaborates recurrently with the Designs module of the Masters degree Magister Lucentinus and with the program ETDM EP for practitioners organized by EUIPO. She has also lectured in the Master's Degree in Business Law, Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard Law School.
