Victoria Esteban del Palacio is a counsel in the Administrative Law practice area and the Planning and Zoning practice area. She also has a wealth of experience in the Environmental practice area.

She has extensive experience in the Energy practice area. Her experience in this field covers the electricity industry (both generation under the ordinary regime and based on renewables) and the hydrocarbon industry (both oil and gas).

Of particular note is her advisory work on environmental law (e.g. environmental authorizations, water resources, coasts, protected areas, waste, climate change and energy efficiency) and on zoning law (planning, zoning agreements, permits).

As regards her teaching experience, she was assistant lecturer in Environmental Law on the Master's Degree in Business Law offered by Centro de Estudios Garrigues and in Regulated Industries Law at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
