Vanessa joined the Firm in 2022 and focuses on corporate and financial law, and M&A. She has experience of acting for domestic and international individuals, and entrepreneurial clients, with work covering both regulatory and transactional matters. She assists in day-to-day advice on regulatory aspects of banking, capital markets, corporate, and corporate governance fields. She is also involved in corporate finance & M&A transactions, by participating in the drafting of relevant due diligence reports, as well as in transactional documentation.
