Valerio Caccia is a Managing Associate at Walder Wyss. His professional practice focuses on real estate, corporate and commercial law, in both advisory and litigation proceedings.
In the real estate field, he advises private and institutional clients in the context of real estate transactions, projects and development, as well as in lease law matters. Moreover, he advises corporate clients on all matters of corporate and commercial law, from incorporation to their daily operations, but also in relation to M&A activities (mergers, acquisitions and other transactions). Born in 1991, Valerio Caccia was educated at the University of Freiburg i.Ue. (BLaw, 2014 and MLaw, 2016). Before joining Walder Wyss in 2017, he gained working experience in law firms in Zurich and Lugano. He was admitted to the Ticino bar in 2018 and qualified as public notary in 2023.
Valerio Caccia speaks Italian, German, French and English. He is registered with the Ticino Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland. Furthermore, he is registered with the Notaries' Registry of the Canton of Ticino.
