Valentin Voinescu has more than 20 years of professional experience and is a Partner in NNDKP's Banking and Finance practice.
He has broad transactional and advisory experience in the financial sector, advising financial institutions and corporations on a wide range of complex finance transactions. He was the lead counsel on a number of premier transactions for the Romanian market, including milestone complex finance transactions which represent milestones on the Romanian market.
His expertise also covers turnaround and restructuring matters, assisting on distressed asset strategies, debt restructuring, and insolvency proceedings. He leads projects involving operational and financial restructuring, often representing both creditors and debtors, including multinational corporations, local companies, banks, and investment funds.
